Nicole and Tyler’s wedding was our second trip in three weeks to the Rusty Pelican. Â However, this was our first morning wedding since moving to Florida, with their ceremony being at 11:30 am. Â We did morning weddings all the time in Hawaii, but they are just not as common out here.
I’m not going to lie, I was really excited by the fact that their wedding was indoors. Â I can definitely handle the heat, but a little A/C never hurts in the middle of summer, lol. What I really liked about this ballroom is that there was glass on 2 sides of the ballroom, which allows a ton of beautiful natural light to come in. I don’t know a photographer that doesn’t prefer to work with natural light, as opposed to using a ton of flash.
This couple was so cute together. As Nicole’s mother said during her speech, Tyler has been after Nicole since they were in their early high school years. Â Obviously he did something right:) Â They are so cute together, and I was honored to be a part of their wedding. Here are a few of our favorites:
